Shipping and Delivery

Acquire only delivers within Australia and all prices are only listed in Australian dollars AUD.

There are two types of delivery methods Bulky Delivery Items and Standard Delivery Items.

The delivery method utilized will depend on the type of item purchased.


Standard Delivery Items

Includes all kitchen and gift ware and will be dispatched via Australia Post to all Australian postal addresses.
When shipping to a business address please ensure your specify both the business name and the contact name at the destination.
A tracking number will be provided via e-mail notification once your goods have been dispatched.
If no one is available at the address when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.

Standard Delivery Summary Brief

•Free delivery for all orders totalling $100 or more
•$10 flat rate postage fee for all orders under $100
•Delivery within 2-10 working days
•All orders are issued with tracking numbers


Standard Delivery Charges

A flat rate of $10 is charged for all orders totalling up to the value of $100 inc GST. Orders above this value are sent free of charge. Please note this offer excludes commercial or bulk orders. Please contact us if you require a quote for delivery of commercial or bulk ordering.

Standard Delivery Cancellation or Change

It may be possible for you to cancel or change your order if your order has not left our warehouse. Please contact Acquire via our contact page and if cancellation or change remains possible, we will assist you.

Standard Delivery Time Frame

All orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment.  In most cases we will send your order on the same day that you place it, if your order is placed before 2pm AWST.  Please note that we are not able to ship orders on weekends and public holidays.

After your order has been dispatched a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, with an Australian eParcel tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order at Australia Post

Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 business days. Estimated times are to be used as a guide depending on your location and the availability of stock. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please note some items may not be available at time of dispatch. Your credit card will be refunded for items not available at time of dispatch. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact Acquire via our contact page.

Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by a person who identifies themselves as that person at that delivery address, is evidence of delivery to you and fulfilment by us of our responsibility.


Bulky Delivery Items

Refers to furniture goods. These goods can either be self collected or delivered using a Furniture Freighter. 

A General Freighter will not cover insurance for Bulky Goods and do not provide sufficient man power for such tasks. It is usually only economical to transfer these types of products from Perth to Margaret River and the areas South West of these locations.This is the reason why you will receive an automated "Shipping Option" stating "Please contact us as this shipping method is currently unavailable" if you are outside of this area.

The majority of furniture items displayed on our website are not able to be processed on line as they require require a consultant to explain the customization of goods.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture/product that they are purchasing is fit for the purpose it is purchased for.

Purchasers must take measurements of their doorways, hallways, ceilings, stairwells, room dimensions and lifts to ensure the products will fit in the desired area, before making the decision to purchase.

The pre-notification and delivery requirements will vary depending on location, access and the number of products being transferred..


Bulky Delivery Time Frames

If your item is in stock, most local deliveries can be offered 2 days after you have placed your order but this will exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.

If you are located out of Bunbury, Furniture Freighters may only run to your location on a set day, once week.

If you have purchased a furniture item on-line and requested delivery Acquire or our nominated carrier will contact you directly, for more specific delivery days once your order havs been processed. The transfer will depend on your location and the carriers delivery runs.

If items are in stock, you should expect your order to be supplied between 2 - 14 working days depending on your location.


Delivery for Bulky Items

Our preferred freight companies will contact you directly to organise a mutual day for delivery between both parties. Please note most carriers only operate Monday to Friday between 9 am - 3pm. We are able to offer deliveries in Bunbury on Saturday's. Please ensure someone is available to allow entry into the premises on the designated delivery day. The carrier will also pre-warn you with a call half an hour prior to delivery in order to provide you with some flexibility for the remainder of your day.

In the event that the delivery truck arrives at the delivery address and there is no one available to accept the products, the products will be returned to the carrier's depot and the customer will be required to wait for the next available delivery date. In such instances an extra delivery charge may be payable prior to the additional run or a self-collection from their depot can be organized to avoid further charges.

All products must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery by the purchaser or someone on there behalf, as liability for the products shall pass to the purchaser at this time. No responsibility for damages will be taken by us once the ownership has been transferred to the purchaser. If an item is reported as damaged after the goods have been accepted it must be within a reasonable time frame of no more than 7 days and supported with photographed evidence. Regardless of the reason, any action taken will be at the sole discretion of Acquire. If any action is taken, additional transfer costs or onsite call out fees may be may be incurred if the product is found not to have a fault.

Self Collections for Bulky Items

Bulky Items are not normally stored at the showroom but are transferred there for Click and Collect customers and in-store purchases.
If a purchaser wishes to self collect their furniture products they must supply their own protective wraps, blankets and ropes to tie down products as these are not provided by Acquire.
Suitable strong and able people need to attend collections to load the products.
Warehouse require a minimum of two business day’s’ notice prior to collection."

Goods will be sent out flat packed but can be assembled at your request.
If assembly is required when at the "Check Out" on the "Order Review" page, write "Please Assemble" in the "Order Comments" field.

Collection from our Warehouse that is located in Halifax is currently not a online option.
If you are purchasing Online and would prefer to collect from our warehouse location please write "Warehouse Collection" in the "Order Comments".
This "Order Comments" feild is located on the Review Page of the "Checkout" process.
Please allow a minimum of 2 working days prior to collection.
We will contact you directly and do our utmost to coordinate a warehouse collection during our normal hours of operation and collection times.
Warehouse collection times are Monday to Saturday, 9.30am-11.30am and must be confirmed to ensure staff are available to handover products.
